Do I need to prepare anything for the shoot? +
Just make sure the space is clean and well-lit. Our team handles all equipment and setup. We'll send a prep checklist beforehand.
Is this WCAG / Title II / Section 508 compliant? +
Yes. Every tour ships WCAG 2.1 AA conformant — keyboard navigation, screen reader labels, captions, and reduced-motion modes. Safe for public institutions and procurement review.
Can I update the tour each year for new buildings or renovations? +
Yes. Minor updates — new hotspots, copy changes, swapping out a renovated room — are included. Major reshoots (new buildings) are quoted separately and usually take a week.
